This might be on lighting, framing, editing, etc. These tips are layered one at a time so that you can apply to your daily practice video as you go. Even if you hate tech, you'll find the slow drip of tips helps your videos look and sound more professional. By the end of the challenge, you'll be creating high quality videos using just your smartphone. Videos you'll be proud to share in all parts of your business.

I've been in online business for 20 years—yes, since before YouTube was even invented.
But my business was more of a hobby until 2011, when I got my first iPhone and discovered video.

Frequently Asked Questions
We do the entire challenge on a smartphone! iPhone or Android both work, and it doesn't need to be a fancy new model. I do all my videos on an iPhone XS from 2018.
Most days the time commitment will be about 30-40 minutes. The videos from me will take about ten to fifteen minutes to watch, then you'll record and upload your own two minute response, and watch/comment on three other videos from fellow challenger.
You don't need to! All the prompts/tips stay live in the community so you can access them as and when you want. We take the weekends off from new prompts so you can catch up if you're busier during the week.
No, this challenge takes place in a Swarm community. All the daily videos from me are in a private community hosted on Swarm and you will be able to post/comment in the same space. This runs on both desktop OR has a downloadable mobile app so you can access it anywhere.
Swarm is specifically designed for video based communities and makes posting and commenting simple.
You are actually in the perfect position to start. Building your video skills now allows you to come out of the gate using the power of video for your business.
Plus, you'll be able to build your Vision through the challenge, so you know exactly what you want from your business before you begin.
The VME was one of my business focused challenges, this is focused on transformation. The entire challenge is private allowing you build up video skill/comfort while working on understanding a key driver of business success: your vision.
This challenge has a tip and prompt, and does not include the extra lessons that the VME Challenge had. The community will not be run on Facebook.

The Business Vision Challenge is currently planned to run only once per year. I currently plan to run challenges almost every month, some with a business building lesson, and some with a transformational theme.
